Won an auction for a firearm on Gunbroker that was being sold by Vanguard. One of the main reasons I chose this auction was because Vanguard offers layaway on firearms, which is a very convenient option for firearms enthusiasts that don't have a ton of money. I was able to call the store directly and set up payments over the phone. Their staff were consistently efficient and courteous with me in all my dealings with them. They even allowed me to switch my receiving FFL at the last minute and gave me the necessary information to do so easily. I will gladly purchase from Vanguard again if the opportunity ever arises, and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

I found out about Vanguard because of their presence on Gunbroker and am so glad that I did. They deal in a lot of high end and rare firearms such as Colt Pythons, Korth, Manurhin, etc. I purchased an MR73 from them and the service was phenomenal. Honestly, I've had mostly good luck with online transactions, but Vanguard took it to a whole new level: Quick with responding to questions; willingness to negotiate without being rude; plenty of payment options; and great communication throughout the process to minimize buyer nervousness. After all, many of these items are not cheap, so paying online instead of in-person can be nerve-racking. This issue was mitigated with confirmation emails, tracking numbers, speedy email responses, and, most importantly, lightening quick shipping. I was able to pickup my firearm at my FFL less than 36 hours after they'd received my payment. Long story short, I'm thrilled with my purchase! I keep Vanguard on my favorite sellers list and I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I purchase from them again. Great job, folks! Thank you!
